We are Webuild, a leading construction and infrastructure company seeking a dedicated Site Engineer – Quality Surveyor with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate should be fluent in English and possess a bachelor’s degree. This role is essential for ensuring that production standards are met and that all work is compliant with the highest quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor the quality of production activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

• Conduct inspections and quality assessments throughout different phases of the construction process.

• Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation to track adherence to quality control measures.

• Collaborate with production and project teams to address and resolve any quality issues or non-conformances.

• Develop and implement quality control plans and recommend improvements for production processes.

• Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the required standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Assist in preparing project completion and compliance reports for client review.

• 1-3 years of experience in a quality surveyor or quality assurance role, preferably within the construction industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
