In this context, the Functional ServiceNow Expert is responsible for monitoring the RUN and
 maintaining the solution MyPortal under his/her responsibility in operational condition(incidents,
 upgrades, support).

He/she is responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operations are handled correctly and for resolving incidents that arise in the day-to - day use of the tools under his / her responsibility for  the benefit of business users.

He/she ensures that the simplest possible solution is made available to end-users, enabling the management of tickets handled by the support teams to be industrialized.

He/she organizes his/her activities (ProjectManagement, functional specifications, developments, recipes,etc.)by interacting regularly with operational staff on the one hand to gather their business needs and with IT contacts on the other to ensure that the subjects are properly handled and that they are complete.
 

As part of his activities, he/she will have to ensure:
 Project:
 •Monitoring the lifecycle of a project (kickoff, committees, steering, etc.)
 •Collection and analysis of needs with users
 •Writing of specifications (diagrams, models, etc.)
 •Testing following developments (test book, scenarios, etc.)
 •Support for change (training, assistance, etc.)

Run:
 •Supporting users on the solution and detecting new business needs
 •Participation in daily activities (anomalies, developments, configuration, etc.)
 •Identification of process malfunctions and proposal of new solutions
 •Creation of communication media( e-learning, etc.)

 Required skills:
 •Listening to users
 •Good interpersonal skills, ability to make suggestions
 •Ability to summarize, sense of analysis
 •Writing skills
 •Ability to express functional needs
 •IT skills (tool configuration)
 •Rigor in monitoring actions
 •Flexibility in the face of changes
 

Experience:
 For this position, you have experience in procurement ticketing information systems(PROJECT
 and RUN). The profile must combine technical knowledge of the solution and solid functional
 knowledge of procurement activities.
 You are a strong problem solver!
 Knowledge of ServiceNow
 Collaborative thinking to find a solution
 English is mandatory. French & Spanish are a + but not mandatory
