Job description

We are seeking CNC millers for vertical and horizontal milling machines. Positions available include operator, setter, and programmer roles. You will program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines (Haas and DMG MORI) using G and M codes via panel programming or CAD/CAM software (Fusion 360 or Esprit). Responsibilities include tool management, working with various materials (steel, cast iron, bronze, stainless steel), and performing quality control with high tolerances (0.01 mm).

A hydraulics service and maintenance specialist with expertise in producing and repairing hydraulic cylinders. The company operates a well-equipped workshop and handles machining tasks, including turning, milling, boring, welding, grinding, honing, chrome plating, assembly, testing, and painting. They focus on producing high-quality components, including small series and single parts, with advanced CNC milling capabilities.

 



Requirements
  • Good knowledge of English - level B1/B2 
  • Proficiency in CNC programming (G and M codes) on Haas or Siemens controllers.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software (Fusion 360 or Esprit).
  • Ability to read technical drawings and manage tools.
  • Skilled in working with various materials (steel, cast iron, bronze, stainless steel).
  • Experience in quality control and using precision measuring instruments.
  • Familiarity with tolerances of 0.01 mm.


Offer

For a competitive salary, starting from €19 per hour and varying based on experience, this role also offers overtime pay at 150% for extra hours, including Saturday mornings on a voluntary basis. In addition, meal vouchers worth €6 per day are provided.
