The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the coordination and execution of our
marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, social media, event management and branding.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Head of Marketing.


At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar position. Prior professional experience in the online gaming industry will be considered as an asset.

Responsibilities
• Marketing/media campaigns coordination
• Briefing to media/creative agencies
• Banner campaigns (briefing/uploading/downloading/monitoring)
• Monitoring of competition
• Coordination of payments/invoicing of partners
• Social media campaigns (scheduling/briefing/administration/ monitoring/reporting)
• Monitoring Google analytics (spot threats & opportunities)
• Adwords campaigns coordination (scheduling/briefing/administration/ monitoring)
• Content management system – administration and management
• Liaise with graphic designers, systems department and 3rd party vendors to develop content of interest to affiliates/online partners
• Constant monitoring of company’s advertising presence on online media in order to safeguard image and performance of the brand (e.g. keep advertising within legal framework)
• Coordinate with local marketing managers

Profile
• University Degree in Business Administration or Marketing (specialization in marketing preferably)
• Working experience in marketing/advertising firm as account executive
• Theoretical knowledge of Digital Marketing
• Excellent PC skills (MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent knowledge English (written and verbal), any additional language is an asset
• Interest in sports
• Affinity to the internet
• Basic knowledge on Google Analytics/Adwords tool
• Basic knowledge of html5
