Job description

We are looking for a Construction Manager for a major road infrastructure project in Romania, to join our Webuild team.

Main responsibilities :

• Responsible for overseeing Project-related activities, ensuring compliance with legal norms, contractual provisions, technical specifications, executive reports, and work programs.

• Coordinates and leads activities related to Construction Works, Construction Installations, and Electromechanical Works.

• Reports the technical and productive progress of the Project to the Project Manager (PM) through daily and weekly progress reports.

• Verifies the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for the Project.

• Verifies the Health and Safety Management Plan (HSMP) for the Project.

• Implements with full decision-making and financial autonomy, in accordance with the directives provided by the Project Manager (PM)

• Collaborates with Project Manager (PM) / Deputy Project Manager (DPM) to plan and schedule Project activities.

 

Requirements

• Professional experience in similar role: minimum 5 years;

• Foreign language skills: Full professional proficiency in English;

• Computer operation skills: good PC operation skills in MS Office - WORD, AutoCAD, EXCEL, internet browsing.
