The Commercial Assistant (CA) provides essential operational, administrative, and marketing support to the hiring company.


This role involves managing databases, marketing materials, client communications, and operational processes, including software testing, user manuals, and system training for in-house developed platforms and websites.
The company is a startup initiative aimed at providing a business promotion platform for companies to showcase their services, products, and offers. The CA will play an integral role in managing and expanding this new business unit.


Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Management
• Manage and update content for the BC website, social media platforms, and LinkedIn page.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance visibility and promote BC services and client offerings.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including online/offline banners and video content.
• Ensure strong brand presence, engagement, and outreach across digital channels.


Client & Partner Relations
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, service providers, and business partners.
• Handle communication with leads, clients, suppliers, and partners via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Support client acquisition efforts, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely follow-ups.
• Represent BC at networking events and, when necessary, act as a substitute for the BC Director in meetings.


Commercial Real Estate & Database Management
• Develop and manage commercial and land real estate portfolios.
• Maintain regular communication with property owners and landlords, ensuring accurate database updates.
• Conduct availability checks and update property records as required.
• Ensure high-quality and error-free listings for commercial real estate properties.


Property Management
• Oversee client relationship management to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Manage tenant and lease administration, ensuring seamless contract handling.
• Coordinate work orders and maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Handle financial management, statistical reporting, and data analysis related to property operations.


Operational & Administrative Support
• Assist the BC Director in managing leads and clients.
• Oversee and process contracts with clients, suppliers, and service providers.
• Organize and maintain the BC Director’s agenda, meetings, and schedules.
• Conduct online research to support business operations and decision-making.
• Prepare professional presentations for internal and external use.
• Accurately record and document all business interactions and communications.
• Manage and process incoming emails and WhatsApp messages efficiently.


Software Coordination
• Test and evaluate in-house developed software and websites.
• Create and maintain user manuals for both internal and external users.
• Provide training sessions for internal users on system functionalities and updates.


Professional Development & Additional Responsibilities
• Participate in industry-related and personal development training (sponsored by BC, including sessions outside standard work hours).
• Support additional business-related tasks as needed to contribute to BC’s growth.
• Maintain high professionalism and uphold BC’s reputation.
• Learn and utilize BLISS platform systems and applications to improve efficiency.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of all BC-related data and business operations.


Performance Objectives
The primary goal of the CA role is to support the growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability of BC as a high-potential business unit.


Reporting Structure
• Reports directly to the BC Director.

Work Location & Hours
Hybrid Work Model
• 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (schedule to be agreed upon weekly).
• Flexibility required for occasional evening and weekend work, depending on business needs.


Standard Working Hours
• 40 hours per week, with 20 paid vacation days per year.
• Vacation days are calculated pro-rata for partial-year employment.
• Vacation requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance for approval.
• Overtime compensation may be adjusted within standard working hours.


Company-Provided Equipment & Benefits
• Company laptop & mobile phone.
• Business cards (issued after one month of employment).
• Company car provided when necessary for business activities (including fuel).
• All work-related tasks must be performed using company-provided equipment.
• Upon employment termination, all equipment and data must be returned intact
