CNC Operator

For a specialized company with expertise in hydraulics, we are looking for a skilled CNC turner. This organization acts as a service partner for renowned brands, selling hydraulic components such as pumps, motors, valves, and cylinders. They provide maintenance, repair, and production services for hydraulic systems, including the machining and repair of hydraulic cylinders. The workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art machines to handle projects involving turning, milling, boring, welding, grinding, honing, chrome plating, assembly, testing, and painting. Cylinders up to 30 tons can be managed within the facility.

The role involves programming and operating Haas CNC lathes to produce and repair hydraulic components. The CNC turner will work on single parts or small series, primarily in steel, cast iron, bronze, and stainless steel, ensuring precise tolerances of up to 0.01 mm. Tasks include:

• Direct programming on Haas controllers (using G and M codes).
• Managing tools and performing quality control using micrometers.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Designing and sketching based on physical models.
• Conducting routine maintenance on the lathe.

• Good knowledge of English - level B1/B2
• Proficiency in programming and operating CNC lathes, particularly Haas machines.
• Strong understanding of G and M codes.
• Experience working with various materials, including steel and stainless steel.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of precision measuring tools like micrometers.
• Basic mechanical maintenance skills.

For a competitive salary starting from €19 per hour and varying based on experience, this role also offers overtime pay at 150% for extra hours, including Saturday mornings on a voluntary basis. In addition, meal vouchers worth €6 per day are provided, and employees receive annual vouchers valued at €250.
