Marinela started her professional career with an unusual dream for most children – to become a fashion designer. Although her childhood dream didn't materialize as she had imagined, her passion for creativity and tackling new challenges guided her through every stage of her career.

Having joined Randstad 18 years ago, Marinela started as an Assistant Manager and today holds the position of Business Manager, a role that brings together multiple skills and contributes actively to the success of the team. "The company's values align with my personal values," says Marinela. "At the beginning, there were many reasons why I chose to work here, but over time, I realized that our shared core principles help us evolve together."

Her journey in human resources was fueled by the desire to combine creativity with the ability to help those around her. "I wanted a job that combined creativity with the opportunity to listen and help people. I’m an energetic person, and the HR field perfectly fits this personal energy. It’s an area that allows me to express myself and interact with diverse situations, contexts, and emotions," says Marinela.

Her first job as an economist provided a solid foundation for understanding and developing essential financial skills, which have been useful throughout her career. However, her true impact was found in the HR field, a field she became deeply passionate and dedicated to.

Throughout her nearly two decades with the company, Marinela learned a valuable lesson – "To become a good professional in HR, it's important to reach the maturity of controlling your emotions and to understand that there are no limits when your goal is to make a positive impact in the community you're part of," she says. This principle guides her every day, regardless of professional challenges.

If there is one thing that defines Marinela, it’s her desire to contribute to the growth of those around her. "I believe it’s important to be competitive with yourself and constantly strive to improve. In HR, every interaction is an opportunity to learn and grow," she adds.

Currently, in her role as Business Manager, Marinela faces daily challenges that inspire her to deepen her knowledge and develop new skills. "It’s a role that allows me to keep learning and growing. Every day, I realize how important it is to be in an environment that not only values performance but also empathy," she says.

For Marinela, choosing Randstad was a natural decision, aligned with her values. "There are many reasons if I look back, but now, looking at the present, I can say I chose Randstad because the company’s values are perfectly aligned with mine. I’m someone who focuses on ‘now’ and not ‘then’. And now, at Randstad, I’ve found a place where I can evolve, grow, and give meaning to my career in an environment that allows me to have a real impact," she emphasizes.
