We are looking for a Procurement Team Leader with 3-4 years of experience to manage procurement operations and lead a local team to achieve operational excellence. You will be responsible for performance management, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the local team to meet operational targets and ensure timely service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to drive performance improvements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes and resolve escalated issues.
- Monitor and implement best practices for operational excellence.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of proven experience in Procurement Operations and team management.
- Knowledge of Ariba or similar procurement tools.
- Knowledge of local market regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong communication skills in English and Romanian (French is a plus).
- College/University degree.
