Job description

We are Webuild, a leading construction and infrastructure company looking for a motivated Site Engineer - Planning with 1-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and hold a bachelor’s degree. This role is critical in coordinating and optimizing the production schedule to ensure efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on project requirements and timelines.

  • Coordinate with various teams (engineering, procurement, and construction) to ensure alignment of production activities.

  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or changes in priorities.

  • Identify potential bottlenecks in the production process and recommend solutions.

  • Ensure that material requirements and resources are available to meet production deadlines.

  • Prepare and analyze reports on production performance and suggest improvements.

  • Support project managers by providing regular updates on scheduling and resource allocation.

 



Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a production planning role, preferably in construction or a related field.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
