We are Webuild, a leading construction and infrastructure company looking for a motivated Site Engineer - Planning with 1-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and hold a bachelor’s degree. This role is critical in coordinating and optimizing the production schedule to ensure efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain production schedules based on project requirements and timelines.
Coordinate with various teams (engineering, procurement, and construction) to ensure alignment of production activities.
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or changes in priorities.
Identify potential bottlenecks in the production process and recommend solutions.
Ensure that material requirements and resources are available to meet production deadlines.
Prepare and analyze reports on production performance and suggest improvements.
Support project managers by providing regular updates on scheduling and resource allocation.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in a production planning role, preferably in construction or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
