Location: Dorobanti, Sector 1, Bucharest
Schedule: 09:00 - 18:00 (3 days in-office, 2 remote)
Contract Type: Permanent (3-month probation period)
Salary Range: Negotiable based on experience

What we’re looking for:

• 7-10 years of experience as a Senior Copywriter, preferably in an integrated communications agency (McCann, Publicis, Leo Burnett, etc.).
• A strong portfolio with successful campaigns for large accounts in retail (supermarkets), services, or utilities.
• Proven experience in digital, social media, print, and broadcast copywriting.
• Ambition, creativity, and responsibility with a passion for storytelling.
• A drive to create award-winning work and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Your role:

• Create compelling, high-quality copy for a variety of media channels (TV, print, digital, social).
• Collaborate with our team of art directors and creative leads to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Develop campaigns that have the potential to win awards at prestigious international festivals (Cannes, D&AD, Clio, Golden Drum, etc.).
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into impactful copy.
• Mentor and guide junior copywriters, helping to nurture the next generation of creative talent.
