Job description

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor in Timisoara, to join in Webuild Romania team,  to oversee project costs and revenues, ensuring efficiency and budget compliance. Responsibilities include cost and revenues estimation, contract management, financial reporting, and payment certifications, while maintaining communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluations and request payments to the client: measure and evaluate the work carried out on site, prepare provisional evaluations and submit payment requests to the client.

• Change management: evaluate and manage any variations or changes within the project, providing timely assessments for the submission of claims to the customer.

• Contract Administration: Administer contracts, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that any disputes are resolved effectively and promptly.

• Final account preparation: prepare, negotiate and finalize the project accounts and settle the financial close of the project.

• Reporting: Produce regular financial reports, cost-revenue analyzes and forecasts for project managers and other stakeholders.

 



Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related field.

  • Fluent in English.

  • 3+ years of experience in cost management.

  • Strong numerical and contract management skills.

  • Proficiency in cost estimation software.
