TASKS AND EVERYDAY DUTIES

  • Co – designs relevant value propositions for new business development opportunities

  • Design and set up digital customer journeys to support operations in new markets

  • Identifies and forms partnerships with external partners and creates a strong network, acting as the company’s ambassador

  • Acts as an idea generator for the business development strategy

  • Promotes innovation and puts ideas in context of feasibility and market needs

  • Communicates on a strategic level with all stakeholders

EXPERIENCE

  • 5-7 years 

  • BSc and MSc in Business Administration/ Sales, Finance, Marketing & Communication or relevant fields or MBA (working and thinking level).

  • Excellent Knowledge on how to design and implement a new service / process/ customer journey.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

  • Project management and influencing skills, strategic thinking.

  • Excellent knowledge of the insurance market, and an understanding how to interpret commercial and key marketing KPI’s

  • Excellent knowledge of English Language.
