Job description
  • correct and precise processing of day-to-day tasks related to banking activities;
  • efficient performing of activities using specialized software and tools, according to predefined manuals, policies and procedures;
  • provide support to the customers in Italian on topics related to various invoices or documents;
  • developing of know-how aimed at continuous improving of own and team activity;
  • sharing knowledge inside the team creating and maintaining good communication -relationships with all involved departments.


Requirements
  • mandatory higher education(completed or ongoing);
  • B1 Italian and B1 English skills (mandatory);
  • experience in back-office activities, financial/banking/accounting field it's a plus;
  • analytical and decision making oriented;
  • excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • quick learner, motivated, responsible and team player;
  • problem solving;
  • Microsoft Office Analysis, teamwork, ability to work under pressure, detail-oriented, ambitious;
  • open-minded, structured and result oriented personality;
  • willing to learn new things;
  • respectful to multicultural environment;
  • pragmatic and problem-solving mind;
  • good negotiator focused on win-win solutions;
  • ability to work in challenging environment, "can do" and "extra mile" attitude.
