Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Server systems.
• Ensure network security and resolve connectivity issues for LAN and WiFi networks.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.

• Oversee and manage external IT vendors and service providers.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with an IT background.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server, networking, and security.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues effectively.
• Proficiency in English alongside local languages.
• Prior experience working in the CEE region or in a regional IT role is preferred.
