  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent listening skills.

  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.

  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

 



Requirements
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

  • Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.

  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructurings, workforce planning and succession planning.

  • Identifies training needs for business and individual executive coaching needs

  • Plans and follows-up Employee onboarding

  • Oversees Employee Exit procedures

  • Generates the annual HR Business Plan in direct coordination with the Board

  • Manages Job Profiles and Job Descriptions based on current procedures and management input

  • Coordinates company needs with company procedures.

  • Manages Internal Incident Reports.

  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the line management to develop or update solutions, programs and procedures and policies.
