Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Bucharest, Romania
Purpose of role: We are looking for a Digital Media Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
He/She should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing/media campaigns from concept to execution. Digital Media Manager will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as developers/graphic designers), and partners to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
The Digital Media Manager will report to the Head of Marketing.
A degree in marketing or a related field is essential for this position.
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, Adwords and display (CPC/CPV/CPM/CPL) advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Monitor quantitative and qualitative characteristics of traffic coming from each channel of
communication
• Identify relevant audience and create efficient Look alike campaigns
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Unify metrics across all analytics tools aiming to have identical performance reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Coordinate internal teams for implementing SEO friendly tactics (content, URLs, pages elements)
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Analyze behavior flow in order to spot areas for improvement
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Work closely with CRM team to define marketing strategies for CRM and retention activities on customers
• Create marketing concepts and execute effective marketing campaigns to enhance the customer experience, maximize activity to generate return on investment and increase customer lifetime value
• Coordinate with local marketing managers
Profile
• University Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration (specialization in marketing preferably)
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Excellent reporting & analytical skills
• In-depth knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adwords, Tag Manager)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Seniority to comprehend the complexities of an online B2C product
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbally)
