We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented DC Manager passionate about optimizing operational performance within a leading multinational logistics company. If you're a strategic leader prepared to oversee resource planning initiatives and drive operational excellence at our distribution center, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies, focusing on network optimization, equipment management, and sustainability.
Ensure a cost-effective, customer-focused operation, facilitating the seamless integration of new clients and continuous process improvement.
Maintain high standards in quality assurance, food safety, and distribution management, exceeding industry benchmarks.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, working closely with HR to foster a culture centered on client satisfaction and results.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 10 years in operations, including at least 4 years in a leadership role within logistics or manufacturing, managing a minimum of 50 people.
Skills: Strong leadership, solution-oriented approach, customer focus, and adaptability in various environments.
Qualifications: Degree in Business or Engineering (master’s degree is a plus) and advanced English proficiency.
