We are Webuild, a leading construction and infrastructure company seeking for a Buyer in Timisoara office.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Procurement Manager in defining the procurement plan for acquiring goods and services.
Preparing requests for proposals to present to suppliers and managing commercial and contractual negotiation activities with identified suppliers to achieve the following objectives: cost savings, synergy, quality excellence, and optimization of delivery time.
Analyzing, comparing, and evaluating offers received from suppliers and preparing summary tables of final offers and recommendations.
Drafting the terms and conditions related to procurement contracts and coordinating with requesting departments.
Managing supplier relationships in accordance with the Group's Code of Ethics and the Organizational, Management, and Control Model.
Supporting analyses related to reporting and identifying corrective actions for managing and mitigating critical issues detected during the procurement process.
2-5 years of experience in the role within national and/or multinational contexts working on projects.
A Master's degree in Engineering would be an advantage.
Capable of managing structured procurement processes.
Very good knowledge and use of negotiation strategies.
Excellent proficiency in MS Office; SAP MM.
Fluent in English.
Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Results-oriented, able to manage priorities in a highly demanding environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
